I ve been taking my 4 kids here for the past 4 years. Everything was fine until one of my kids started getting cavities and Had to treated by the dentists. My three year old son (with special needs) Had to had two cavities filled. The first time Dr. Dinkes said it was a surface cavity and my son didn t need any medication or sedatives. He said he wouldn t feel any pain. He was wrong. My poor kid sat there with his mouth pried open by some metal thing crying hysterically from the pain and he gagged on his own phlegm and tears. It was horrible. So for the Second cavity I insisted on a sedative. For this medicine he had to fast after midnight. No food or drink. The appointment was made fir the first thing in the morning so he wouldn t have to be hungry or thirsty longer than needed. The procedure of filling the cavity is done 1 HR after taking the medicine. They were 30 mins late giving him the meds and didn t start the procedure for another 90 mins after that. All while telling me the dr will be with you any minute and my son keeps asking why he cant have a drink. He has special needs and doesn t understand why he has to wait. Supposedly the dentist had to do an unexpected root canal but I found out she was doing hygiene checks while my kid suffered. She didn t apologize. Very snotty Dentist who obviously didn't care about my kid at all. I emailed these Dentists 4 times about what my kid went through. They ignored me. I took my son to my dentist for another filling...no tears, no suffering.... It was a totally different experience.

I was billed for services that were paid in full 2 years prior because apparently the office failed to bill the insurance at the time for the insurance portion of the bill, therefore the insurance denied the claim. When I asked for a breakdown of service dates to submit to insurance I received nothing but a bill and a letter threatening to send me to collections. I was also billed for a cleaning visit that should've been paid in full by my insurce but once again when I checked my insurance statement, they had never been billed for the service. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
