They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Dr Davis staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I am a patient of Dr Miller (his partner in office) ...He was on vacation so Dr Davis refused to treat me and tried to pawn me off . I had seen him TWICE before in this same situation.This time he told his assistant to ask me to go elsewhere.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
