The staff is nothing but personable. Yes, I had an occasion where an appointment needed to be rescheduled because they saw a person who had an emergency, but they offer the same to me if I have an emergency situation. All my questions are answered completely and as a medical provider Dr. Craig gives me some additional insight when I ask questions. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. The hygienists are great with kids. one of my children has serious anxiety and they have great patience with his issues. They also have more than one hygienist on so we can get both kids done at the same time. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I refer everyone I know here. Dr. Craig is also not one to push procedures on you. My last dentist was Dr. Root Canal. Marc does what he needs to do and gives you an honest assessment allowing you to make an informed decision on your healthcare. They never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me.Their waiting room is spacious and comfortable that has items to keep patients of all ages entertained. They were always very considerate and professional from the hygienists to Dr. Craig himself.

Never, they are very reliable.
