This is the worst Dr. office I've ever encounter, if you want to make your first appointment get ready to wait one hour on the phone and if somebody answer they will hung up on you so you have to try another hour just to be treated with rudeness. I definitely don't want a make any appointment any more with this unprofesional and rude people. I don't recommend this Dr. at all.

I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
