They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. While waiting for my appointment I noted that they definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Dr Firschein is wonderful!!

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
