Dr Firschein is very thorough and is not rushed. He explains all the options and the risk/benefits of each.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

I had a very good experience when I recently saw Dr. Dean Firschein for allergy problems.. I was amazed at how much time he spent listening to my symptoms and how carefully he considered a variety of treatments. He even took the time to call my primary physician to discuss the most appropriate antihistamine and decongestant to give me, based on my past medical history.

Staff members seemed efficient and knowledgeable and were very pleasant.. I felt that I was in very good hands and I look forward to working with Dr. Firschein and his staff in getting my allergies under control.

i have been thoroughly pleased with allergy partners and the medical care given to me by dr. fershein. i switched to this practice from another allergist in town and feel that the quality of my care has improved substantially.

This place seems behind times. I saw dr stoloff and on my first visit I was there for 2 hours and did not have any testing done! I had to fill out paper work, but then had a nurse walk me through and ask the same questions for over 30mins? Why did we do it twice? Then the dr sent in a student first which I did not agree too... Wasted more time as then when the dr came in he asked the same friggin questions. The dr was short and he made up his mind I didn't have allergies before he even tested me, I insisted on tests because I've had horrible allergies since a kid. His view was well you aren't going to do anything different are you? My goal was to understand what changed since my last testing was 15 yrs ago. So they sent me next store for blood work which they did wrong after another 45 mins and had to go back a 2nd time. Hoping my follow up for results would go better it did not. I had to wait 20 plus mins past my apt time to be brought back, then went through the same questions again with the nurse so now an he past my apt time and no dr yet. She realizes they don't have all the results so have to wait to call to the blood work place. What kind of business is this? I don't have 2 hrs each time I come here. The people are nice but my time is more valuable, they need more efficient processes. Plan to have my results transferred to another doctor as I cannot continue to be inconvenienced.
