Dr. Carrington was very mindful of what I needed, was very timely and through so that was great... HOWEVER the receptionist (who is suppose to be the face of a business and offer true customer service) was very rude!!! Not sure if I'll be returning. I was extremely turned off!!!

The office was very easy to locate. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I did not feel very comfortable with the answers I received. The Dr. spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It has been 12 days since my root canal. The temporary filing is very rough. I have a constant feeling of discomfort and pressure under my tooth and it also, causes a dull, warm & pulsating sensation in my skull above my ear. This procedure was recommended because my tooth had broken. I had not had any toothaches, soreness, or pain prior to the broken tooth but now I do, constantly. I questioned the need for a root canal and was given 2 choices, extraction or root canal. Otherwise, I would have to live with the broken tooth. Just not right.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. Simply put He's great at what he does and can make you feel comfortable while doing it, i wish he was a general practioner as well,
