No, and I was given no referral to another provider

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I have 2 other children that will not have their braces done at this office. The doctor and staff is the rudest group of people I have ever met.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
