Dr Toback gave me two implants and Iwas very pleased with the results. All the support staff were knowledgeable and made me comfortable through the process. Should you need an implant I highly recommend Dr. Toback.

My treatment here has been excellent. I have visited other periodontists and I feel my experience with Dr. Urbanski has been far better. I feel everyone here has a caring attitude and are very friendly. Dr Urbanski is very proffesional and very caring about the health of her patients. I found her book to reflect that and enjoyed reading it. Thank you for everything.

My first implant. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Entire staff was very professional - instilled confidence - and at the same time courteous and friendly. Together, these traits worked to ally any fears. I have no suggestions for improvements. Don't change a thing!

I am extremely pleased with the exceptional care I have received by Dr Toback and all supporting staff! I have had several surgical procedures and have always felt that I was in good hands . I would highly recommend Dr Toback and his staff.

I was very pleased with the care I received here with Dr. Toback and his team. Everyone was very professional, kind and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone and if I ever have another need for implants, I know where I'll go - Shoreline Periodontics.

Office staff was very professional. They always answered questions completely. Although it is clearly a busy practice, I never felt rushed. I would recommend this practice to others.

A delightful staff--helpful, compassionate, caring and skilled. The best computer graphics ever! Dr. Toback and his assistant work so well together it is like one brain with four hands!
