I am a physician myself and I would NEVER go to this dentist again. He is very unprofessional and incompetent without going into any details- I would not even recommend him to my worst enemy. I was new in town and didn't know where else to go, so I searched for dentists in my area. A huge mistake.
Take your time to find a good dentist and ask people where they go- don't just pick someone who is in your area, you might regret it.

I will absolutely return. I had a nice experience, as I am really adverse to pain and they were by far one of the the best I've ever experienced, and
Dr. Carter was recommended to me by by Dr. Fazio, and Dr. Fazio would never steer anyone wrong.

They are absolutely professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution.

I understand the commentor seeming to be somewhat out of sorts BUT, given the state of the economy AND the fact that eve the U.S. Government has seen its credit rating seemingly downgraded, Dr. Carter asked that an initial payment be made up front. I was never asked for initial payment initially, but I must admit that I cancelled a couple of appointments in the past, thus leaving Dr. Carter in the lurch when he could have utilized my time-slot to assist another patient.

There may also be a language barrier, although I do not have the salient facts in order to make a judgement as to who may have been in the wrong.

Misleading his patients by making primary insurer pay other patients remaining balances befor she could see The DDS. on the eve of last payment being complete he made a bogus appointmemt With the patieant stating the work that he and another college was going to perform. When the day of the cost at his office there was none made he the handed a letter stating he refusing to see her for delay in payments mind you I was make payments for my kin. I asked his wife why wait till now to say and not before he wanted to get payed off and once he did bye.. I said I would like speak with him cause he was in the next room and I wanted to know why he had me there if he had no intentions seeing me he would not come out..IF you look on his home page he does all aspects of business ,then why not have the decency to address me in person, in stead send someone to discuss my Hhipp stats medical payment in front of an other patieant......he violated my rights and privacy
