Dentist ruined my good teeth. I left with numerous chips in my teeth that were not there prior to walking in the office. Dr. Carter clearly is looking on damaging teeth in order to bring a patient back in for more procedures. This is the worst dentist I have ever gone to. Only went once and would recommend not going there unless you want to leave with damaged teeth.

This web site and sites such as this allow for Wild West Libel! Any disgruntled person with financial incentive assumes the right to grand stand on a web site to take action against their provider. This type of action is due to their inability to convince anyone that they are right in any other medium. It is a cowardly way to get some satisfaction for their ignorance. The stories mentioned are not as stated. The names and degrees are made up. These people go from office to office with a chip on their shoulders and expect the threat of internet blackmail will sway providers and future patients. I do not solict positive comments as car dealers do and I expect that any legitimate claim would be settled outside of a web site listing. Viewers should not base their decisions on social media graffiti.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
They are honest and very caring and helped me more that an dentist and I used to have dental insurance but don't now , but they help me to be able to have the dental work that I need .I have never been to better and the office is beautiful

The service is terrible. After messing up a procedure, he never owned up to the error. Another dentist said it was clearly Dr Carter's fault. Dr Carter only cared about the insurance money not the patient.
