Everything was perfect. Dr. Peltzer is so nice and comforting. His staff is highly trained and caring. The office is clean and up to date and I felt that the Dr. and staff kept up to date with the most modern techniques and methods. Everyone is so friendly.
The office was handicap accessible and the bathrooms are too. Dr. Peltzer is a national expert at sedation dentistry and dental anesthesia and is hospital residency trained. A truly excellent experience for sure!.

First there is a mound of paperwork to get through just to see the Dentist. Then the staff expects you to confirm your insurance coverage. Stating "you have to call, we cannot get through" If they can't get through what makes them think I can. I walked out. They lost 3 patients that day and a possible 2 more as my husband and myself were going to change.

OK, short and brief. Dr. Peltzer helped me on an emergency basis when I had a toothache and a freind recommended me to him. I called and Dr. Peltzer was caring, with NO LECTURES, unllike my previous dentist. The treatment was professional, painless and very reasonable. I've been back several times and my husband even is actually willing to go to the dentist now because he really likes how he is treated by Dr.Peltzer. Highly recommended.
