I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
