No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
