I was looking for a doctor for our family when we moved into the area and this was definitely not it. His politics are plastered all over the walls. Very good way to lose a lot of potential customers!! It made me uncomfortable and totally put me off.

the customer's always right When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them or the patients very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. The doctors always dress so professionally here and makes an effort to looa's k their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The doctors/PA's are great, the nurses are average, the office staff, particularly Caroline, are amongst the worst I have ever dealt with. They make it clear that the patients are a bother and only make their job more difficult. I'll continue to go there because of Dr. Hupman and Kathy (she is the best!) but the staff needs to understand we are there because we need help not to annoy them and be rediculed in return. My advice to the office staff, especially Caroline is, "if you don't like your job, set your water bucket down!"

Dr. Hupman may be a great doctor but he needs to START ALL OVER with his office staff. The people who work in the front at the "greeters" desk and answer phones are simply...rude and disorganized. SUPER RUDE, actually.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They were average

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Just as a side note, this business is easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation.
