They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I would love to make apoitnmnet on line & check lab results on line as well. Also Dr Robert Frantz is very profesional he know how to treat a patient and follow up to make sure right treament is being done.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
