I've been with this doctor for almost 24 years. Years 1 thru 20 were good. After that it seems they implemented changes that only benefited them. It became hard to reach the office. I talked more with the answering service than the office staff. They did correct that issue, but lately, it seems that they are interested only in how many patients can be seen vs. the quality of time with the patient. I was told that the appt. times are 15 minutes, 5 minutes for intake and 10 minutes with the doctor and if I wanted a longer appt. I should have asked for a 30 minute appt. Well that was all new to me. Health Grades website indicates that she sees about 40 patients/day. Let's see 40 patients @ 10 minutes= 6hr day @ average co-pay of $25= $1000 a day. That's a good day for the doctor, but what about the patient?

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
