GREAT DENTAL WORK BY DR, STEPANENKO.
Office is very clean, homey, pleasant . Staff are very helpful and frindly
Dr. Stepanenko is a master on big variety of procedure in dentistry: root canals treatment, implant placements, difficult extractions of wisdom teeth. a lot of new tech in office -Cerec crown machine and lazer machine for no needl drilling. Great JOB.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I would never visit them again. Their prices are outrageous. Their insistent attempt to collect payment when a patient is standing there after a procedure and can barely speak, without first submitting to the patient's insurance is heartless. Their billing procedure is erratic as well as inconsistent, sending statements at different times of the month with irregular payment due dates, often only leaving a week for payment. They clearly care more about money than a patient's dental health.

Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They're always recommending an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment. I wish they had silenced their cell phone because it was really annoying.

Dr. Stepanenko's office is high tech. All records are computerized. Xrays instantaneous to his computer. Crowns/caps made immediately on site. Cleanings by dental assistant also state of the art. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Dr. S. has come in on his day off to fix a tooth for two people in my family. They always give a discount for referral service. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. This place had a great staff and I'll definitely be going back.

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
