Dr. Braufeld made me going to his office to renew my prescription after only 3 months instead of just renewing it with the Pharmacy, ok, I know every 6 months is enough, but I went: he did nothing, aside for wasting my time. But best at all, he gave me the prescription: HE DIDN"T WRITE THE DOSE. The Pharmacy can't give me the prescription, of course OK, mistake happen, I planed in advance and I still had a few pills. The Pharmacy and I call him the ALL DAY ON MONDAY: THE PHONE IS OFF NO ANSEWERING MACHINE, I went on person: NOBODY IS THERE It is OK making mistake, but do not have back up and let a patient w/o meds is really not OK. I truly think DR. Braufeld need to stright up if he want to continue his practice.

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
