Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

My mother has gone to Dr Helton for years and speaks so highly of him I finally made the change for myself. He is the nicest man! Very gentle and I'm a scaredy cat when it comes to the dentist. His staff is very welcoming and lovely. His prices were far better than my former dentist. The office is clean and fresh smelling. I have absolutely no complaints! I have since taken my 19 yo daughter for a checkup and cleaning, and she was very satisfied too..

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed.
