The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag, because they are always late. They make an effort to make me feel special, but prefer to talk about themselves and other patients problems. I don't think they appreciated my loyalty to them. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. It is all about them. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here (only in scheduling and if the patient gives them extra money). The Dr. seems to care more about her self. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Their waiting room was quiet but the Dr. can be heard through the walls talking about crochet patterns and the problem of the patients and others. I was worried everything I said would be heard to told to other patients.
