Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

I am left to feel this office does not care about this person's emergency. I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to get in because parts of my tooth have been falling out day to day. Over 1 1/2 weeks ago I tried to get in and told the girl the urgency of what was happening. I was told she would rearrange and try to get me in, and she would call me back within an hour. I never received ANY call-back at ALL. My husband went down the following week while I was at work, and spoke to them. When I called again, I informed her that more pieces of the tooth now had come out. I was told I couldn't get in then, but she'd get me in the following day. The following morning, I received a message that they would have to reschedule me for another time. I tried calling back about 8 min. later, and there was only a machine answering. I believe they must have either already left the office right after leaving the message, or perhaps just never returned my call again like they'd done before. I have now lost over 1/2 of my tooth during this delay in getting in to fix it! I am very upset. They knew this was happening almost 2 weeks ago. I have been trying to get help for it for almost 2 weeks, now. It feels to me like they don't care about my emergency, or the fact that their extreme delays in treating this emergency might now affect me by incurring greater cost, now, in fixing the tooth, or completely losing the tooth altogether! I would not recommend this dental office to anyone! I am very upset by this. Had I been able to reach the dentist himself, personally, via email, I would have sent this complaint to him, instead, but was unable to locate that information.
