Dr. James Dow is a gentle dentist who is very attentive to his patients. The hygienist's are professional and very informative with respect to oral hygiene. I would recommend this practice to all my friends.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless, they were not interested in preventive actions but only in treatment plan that would bring more money, I was told that my treatment was covered by my isurance just to go home and find a big bill waiting for me. nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. use at your own risk

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. He just want to create a treatment plan so he can make money.

This is a wonderful dentist's office! The staff is very friendly and ready to answer any questions. The hygenist is gentle and does a very thorough cleaning. The denist is super friendly, overall, a wonderful experience!
