I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I had no problem breathing during the dentist services. The staff was very professional and very kind, friendly and nice. The staff was very attentive to the patients. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. I have no complaints here. Except he has a tendency to multi task when a patients should have his undivided attention. Because of this wait times can be exceedingly long. Sitting in his office four 4 hours is not unheard. Yes he's a great dentist but he does not value the patients time.

First appointment, waited an hour and a half, had to re-book
Second appointment, my wife waited 3/4 an hour in the chair waiting while Buford had a laugh with his mates, then went to bens chilli bowl next door to pick up his lunch!
Surgery looks like it was a basement hair salon at some point, and decor hasn't been changed since. Its dirty, dead flies in the window, no privacy and a totally bad experience.
Do yourself a favour and avoid it like the plague!
