Great experience from check-in to check-out. From the moment I walked in the door I felt at home. I would recommend Kristen Tinker and her team to all of my friends and family.

They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I am always looking for the best in the field to recommend to others, and I did not find that here. I will never return, nor recommend them to anyone I know based on my experience. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kinahan's for 7 to 8 years. I have also been seen by the PA's whom I have complete confidence in. The clinical staff is great and very competent.

However; as the past 4 months or so the office support staff has been pretty rude, unprofessional and unresponsive. Calling for anything is painful. I am usually told to hold as soon as the phone is answered, and when they decide to come back to the line, often rushed and made to feel like I have completely disrupted their day. Sometimes I have not been able to reach anyone, as the phone just rings without being answered.

My prescriptions have taken 2 days to be called in and I have had to remind the Dr's office to make the call. Unfortunately, for me, the level of service and patient experience has significantly degraded over time.

The courtesy of the front office staff has waned tremendously...to the point that I have decided to look for another healthcare provider. It's clear that these folks are stressed, probably overworked, and unhappy. The problem is they are taking out their frustrations on patients.

One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Never received results from an Ecko Cardiogram test made in December 2012. Still waiting. I have reported this office to the AMA for discipinary action. Receptionist totally without a clue.
