II should have listened to the other yelp reviews. While the service at the time of my visit in March 2012 was passable (neither bad, nor great- a basic visit), the behavior of the business manager Victoria is, at best, condescending and is truly unprofessional. I learned mid-September that I had a bill due from March for something that was not covered by my insurance. NOT ONCE did they send a bill. Of course, they claim they did but I have never had trouble from the post office in receiving bills from any other business. I stopped by the office to pay the bill as soon as I found out and asked to have the late charges removed because I had never received a bill. The charges weren't much, less than $12.00, but it's the principle. The office manager was rude, refused to listen, and said it wasn't her problem.

So her office drops the ball, fails to notify me of a bill, hits me with late fees, and then cannot reasonably discuss the late fees without an attitude. I now see why so many people have rated this place so poorly.

They'll get their fees but they've lost my business and I will make it a point to let my classmates/friends/family know about their lack of customer service and questionable billing practices.

Please take your business elsewhere. It's not worth the awful way they treat their customers when you have plenty of other options available in the DC area.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
