Dr. Penn's office took me the same afternoon for an emergency when I called that morning. The staff were very pleasant. My wait time was short. The Dentist was nicer than I thought from looking at his photograph on his website. Dr. Penn explained a lot. He made great recommendations for preventing any further cavities. I walked in very upset with my emergency situation but walked out very relieved with the treatment that I got. So now I can smile again. I plan to keep him as my regular dentist now. He recommended needed treatment not unnecessary treatment. I would refer Dr. Penn to others.
