They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. Overall though, could have spent more time with me and asked me if I had any questions.

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much
