I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
