Excellent staff! I left another practice in Elkton, Md after several years because the front office staff were less than pleasant and courteous. I was so pleasantly surprised at how customer oriented the staff was at Dr. Bright. Very little wait time. They always make my children and I feel so welcome and special. Great with kids.

Please enter your review here .I went to Dr. Bright almost 10 years ago. I had a few extractions and then a bottom partial made. It was a nightmare. Not only overcharging my insurance company but requiring me an outrageous out of pocket price.
I had to go back a few times for an adjustment and it was like an inconvenience. Well now, I am in collections for his overpricing and I refuse to pay as he is a crook.

If you don't mind root canals this is your dentist. Let me first say the ladies in the office are all very helpful and polite. They are all great help. I cannot speak on Dr. Bright bc I have never seen him personally even though I have been a patient there for 4 years. Dr. "John" however I have dealt with. He is the most careless dentists I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Every tooth this man worked on became sensitive or needed a root canal. I have never been a person to blame others without cause so I assure you this review is unbiased in that reguard. I gave Dr. "John" the benefit of the doubt on two teeth and then foolishly went back after having issues with the work. That was the tooth that he (in the endodotists words) drilled too deep and bc of that the filing was on the nerve which killed it causing terrible tooth pain.

They are not up to date on the new technology available in the dental field. They do not have seperate rooms even for their patients. They have chairs seperated by sinks, no privacy. You should really do your research if you are looking for an up to date, careful and respectful dentist who cares as much about your teeth as you do. I felt as though Dr. "John" could not care any less that I had to have a root canal bc he thought I would be coming back to him for the expensive crown work. (which I did not) Hopefully this review will prevent others from making the mistake of choosing this dentist. God bless.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.
