I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!
