This doctors personality leaves me wanting to run out of the building. The staff is great, but they can only do so much to change my impression

They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile both to see the doctor and to get lab work done. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.
