This place is just a patient mill. They have no caring about you at all. Especially if you don't speak Spanish, then you are placed at the bottom of the pile.

I was extremely frustrated that my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. They gave me an appointment with the orthodontist 3 weeks ago and when I got there they did not even have me in the system and they did not even care about it. They just did not even offer an apology for having make me waste my time. All they kept saying was that the person who schedule my appointment was not longer there and there was nothing they could do. Very disrespectful staff and not professional

I was disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I went in as I cracked a tooth with a filling and the dentist kept insisting that I needed a root canal even though my x-rays showed no signs of infection and I was not in any pain. He kept insisting that you have great insurance coverage you should come see me at least twice a year. He was more interested in what my insurance covered than actually fixing what the problem is. I will never go back here again.
