Back surgery 2018 In my seventies young seventies.lol.
Dr. Stefanis and Medical Staff are wonderful!!!!
Caring..they want to make sure you get better & are there for you all the way.....The lady who handles the insurance was on top of insurance so friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff are very kind and wanting to help anyway they can. Back surgery was very painful.

With Dr. Stefanis and his medical staff encouraging me, it was worth having surgery. I remember the wonderful care and encouragement from Dr. Stefanis and his medical staff, my husband, sisters, our son and daughter more so than the pain
I highly recommend Dr. Stefanis and if I need surgery or any type of treatment he can give I will be a returning patient.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. There was lots of available parking at their office. I went into for my appointment which had been scheduled for me and they were more concerned with how they were gonna get paid rather than what was going on with me. My car insurance company was gonna pay for the visit and they were not at all satisfied with that. They asked me for my health insurance info. I told them I didn't have health insurance, They finally called me to the back to speak with a PA she gave me a quick evaluation and I told her what was going on with me she wrote me a prescription for inflammation told me to take some Aleave for pain and she told me they were going to arrange for me to take a CT scan. I was then referred to a nurse who asked me how much medpay I had on my car insurance, I told her I wasn't sure, I was given her card and told to find out and to give her a call back the following day with the amount. The PA told me that they would look at my MRI and contact me on the following day, I have not heard from the office as of yet. I called the office and asked to speak with the PA I was sent to voice mail and still have not heard from them. I was sent to them because I was told they were the best in the area but maybe not.

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
