They recommended a whole bunch of dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary, even after I told them I wasn't interested. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
