Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need?
Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need

No, I was very disappointed

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Yes, I was in agony!

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.
