Unless it's an emergency, it is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
