The office of Richard Crossland operates smoothly and efficiently. The staff is amazingly competent as well as enjoyable to spend time with. There is a sense of humor present and they make the appointments stress-free and comfortable. Dr. Rick is extremely gentle and very aware of patient's needs and expectations. He has always met mine. I have been so comfortable with Dr. Rick for the last 20 years that I even flew back to Clearwater when living in Atlanta, Charlotte, and around the state of Florida for all of my dental exams and work.

Dr Crossland is a COMPLETE FRAUD. i paid a FORTUNE for what i thought were two brand new veneers on my front teeth and 8 years later within two weeks of each other my 2 TEETH THAT HE WORKED ON, MY TOP FRONT TEETH, FELL OUT!!!! I AM 31 YEARS OLD...I CALLED HIS OFFICE AND HE WOULDNT EVEN TALK TO ME OR SEE ME AND THE RECEPTIONIST ANGRILY YELLED AT ME AND HUNG THE PHONE UP SAYING THAT THEY ARENT GUARENTEED....THEN I FIND OUT THAT THEY WERE NEVER EVEV VENEERS, JUST REGULAR CROWNS.....WE ENTRUST DR AND DENTIST AND THIS IS WHAT THEY DO???
