They provide very basic service. The office staff doesn't call to confirm appointments. They charged extra for providing an x-ray that I needed to ask for. I pointed out a cavity for them. They did the minimum and I don't really trust them to care for my teeth.

If I can save anyone the pain,expense and aggrevation from this review, it will be well worth it.

My husband and I had dental work done 2 years ago at this office as well as my son.

I had a crown done that has a huge gap in between and food gets stuck all the time. My current dentist strongly recommends I get it redone it is so bad.

My husband had 2 crowns and both now are being redone. One was so poorly put on that the tooth underneath (post) has rotted away and now he needs an implant. The other is just a bad crown and needs a root canal.

This is the WORST dental provider ever. I NEVER, EVER do reviews but if I can help people avoid this office I will feel that I have helped others avoid what we have been through. If there was a negative star rating, that's what I would give. This debacle is going to cost us at least $5000.00 to fix. Add that to the couple thousand we spent to get the shoddy work done. UGH!!!

No, I didn't receive anything at all
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Not really, but I found a spot
