Scam! Went for my first appointment and without a physical exam of my teeth or measuring my gum pockets the dentist was already selling me the "deep cleaning". They also wanted to replace a number of my other dental work to the tune of three thousand dollars. The dentist never even looked in my mouth. Just looked at the exrays and pictures. Unbelievable!

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
