Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They have great customer service here. I will absolutely return. Dr. Iwanike thoroughly listened, asked relevant, appropriate questions, was easy to talk to, and made thoughtful recommendations based on what we, as parents said, and then changed things a little after observing and talking with our 7 year old son. He was flexible in his approach and put both me and my husband at ease regarding the course of treatment. He is not "drug happy" and seems to use drugs, when necessary, along with multiple behavioral and therapeutic approaches.
