Corey Greenwald is very incompetent. Should not be able to practice medicine of any kind . He also drug you with wrong medications . Beware

He failed to show up to two of my appointments, and gave no notice that he would not be there. He also gave me an incorrect diagnosis.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Most of the advice they were giving me seemed biased. It felt like they were just trying to make money off me instead of giving me genuine advice that would help me. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I felt very ignored during my appointment. They didn't give me their full attention. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Never return phone calls - can't speak to a live person when you call. Waiting still after 3 weeks for Dr. Greenwald to contact insurance company for authorization - in spite of him having all required information.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, they were very calm and understanding

They paid very close attention to me the entire time I was there and all of my questions were answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. One thing I like about them, is how easy they are to reach in an emergency. They took my call and helped me right away.
