Rediculous wait time! I have been waiting for almost 2 hours! When I asked about how much longer it would be, I was told that I would just have to WAIT because he only sees new patients in the morning. I was scheduled to see the nurse practitioner and she isn’t here! Um, thanks for letting me know before I drove here, when I was checking in!! All I need is a refill!

Sitting in the waiting room. Appointment was at 1:00pm. It is now 4:20 and we are still waiting. This office is complrtely unorganized. He is arrogant.

Wait time is minimum 2 hours every time. Makes it difficult for those who work, and your work will not believe any doctors' office has to be taken a whole half day off to go to.

Terrible customer service from both Negrin and staff. 2 hour wait is typical. "consultations" last about 5 minutes. it really is just an excuse for a copay and billing. Seems to be writing a lot of information down during the so-called session except the only questions ever asked are "Medicine working?" "How do you feel?" Followed by nothing but a script. And you have to have the session to get the meds. Schedule conflict and you cant make an appointment....no meds even if the patient runs out. Today was last straw. Staff called to confirm appointment, except they had the wrong time. Argued with me that I was wrong. Basically told me to take it or leave it. I asked why they were arguing with the customer. The receptionist told me I better take a deep breath and calm down. Then finally accepted my time stating they had to double-book and b/c of me everyone would have to wait, and we were lucky to be a patient because there is a shortage of psychiatrist in Savannah. Later same day, found another Dr. and cancelled my child's appointment. I have never been treated this way. Nothing good to say.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They made my son's situation even worse. Any time my son had an issue with his medications, he automatically had to go in Coastal Harbor treatment center for 2 weeks at a time for 12,000 dollars a pop. On my son's last treatment stay, he was sent due to gaining weight from his mood stablizer so Dr. Negrin wanted to put him in the center to wean him off of his medications and find medications that worked better. Of course without his medications he didnt do well. The nurses kept saying that they would be trying a new medication in the morning. Next thing I know, Dr. Negrin had released him with NO medications and my son was immediately in crisis. The nurse even said she didnt understand why he was released he wasnt even started on any new medications. Monthly appointment were absolutey hideous. There really wasn't any point in actually having a time for an appointment. No matter what the time of your appointment, you usually werent seen for 2 to 3 hours after it and they have signs all over his office that state "Do not ask when you will be seen, if you cant wait schedule another appointment". I would have to take off a day of work, just for my son to be seen for 5 minutes. He has a huge clientele and is not capable of keeping up with the load. It is not because he is a great doctor, just the only one in the area that deals with Aspergers/Autism.
