It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Not that I have seen

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes
