Good Practice. My kids have been going for years and there are 4 doctors and many nurse practitioners on staff. It can get a bit crowded at times but they are very accommadating and I would recommend them to anyone.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

No, they don't over-treat my child

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

I am in the process of getting my girls to a new pediatrician. They staff can be unprofessional, The waiting room is a mixture of well children and sick kids. I have had to wait more than an hour on more than one occasion for scheduled Well Child visits. I once traveled up to their office for an appointment when it was snowing to discover it was closed and they never called to inform of appointments being cancelled, nor did they announce it on their phone system. The last straw is the nurse there gave my 4 month old the wrong vaccine. I would never recommend this pediatrician.
