Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged.

I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.

Yes, it was convenient

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Absolutely! I can always count on them
Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children?
No, they made everyone sit together
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
