They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart.
