I went into the office after scheduling an appt because they accept my insurance. I walked into the office and was appalled at the filth in what should be a somewhat sterile environment. They also had a laminated form to fill out so they could erase and use again. Once again, no telling how many germs on that form. The tech brought the form out to me with a fat tip expo pen of which I could only write my first name in... I made a comment to him and he said, just fill it out. It was so dirty on the chairs I did not want to sit down. My husband said this is what you would receive for free health care and I said even free health care deserves a sterile environment. They should be shut down. I just walked out.

I love that they are a family run office and care about their patients like family. They are a well established office in a historical area but don't overly charge you like the rest in the area. They have reliable equipment that is well cared for. I have used them for my family for about 4 years now and have no complaints.

Okay. Prepare yourself.

Do not. I repeat, do not listen to any of the good review by these mindless idiots.
Be fooled by the appearance. A building such as that should have been condemned. I thought at first "Maybe it won't be so bad on the inside, I'll give it a shot." No. Do not make this mistake. Every patient chair (all four) are in one room and there is nothing to separate them. There are cables all over the floor and the equipment and chairs look as if they're from the 1970's.

The staff are all incompetent and I believe one was mentally handicapped. They bad mouthed each other to patients and none of them had any knowledge of the machines they were operating.
I don't think they even have scanners because they had to take pictures of my files.

They did not address my issue at all. They focused on one thing that they had assumed what was wrong.

I could have over looked all of this, as bad as it is. If the doctor himself wasn't a complete bastard (the assistant helping me called him this herself.) I was the first patient to visit the office and there had been 4 other people after me that the doctor had consulted before getting to me. After realizing I had a heart murmur when I was born (have -never- had issues and doctors have always told me my heart is completely health) he yelled at me for telling him that. I am a woman. I cried.

So, I apologize this is so long but I would rather bore you and you not visit this horrible excuse for a dentist office. I've never been so uncomfortable in my life.

Footer: I'm a lazy bum who mooches of her bf's grandparents and if I can be disgusted and ashamed to have step foot in this place, there's something to say about that.

I feel filthy for giving them my whole $15 it cost.
