Dr. Chapman is a very qualified Opthalmologist and has been of great service and availability to us in Gainesville or when he comes to Hiawassee, GA or Murphy, NC for regular visits. He performed cataract surgery for me and my husband and the whole event was very professional and we were well cared for prior to, after, and follow-up visits.
