Horrible experience. Passed off to physicians assistant after waiting for 1 month for appointment. PA didn’t look at the referral information and was not prepared for the appointment. Uncaring and rushed to an opinion without proper information. Did not ask probing questions or do additional testing and missed proper diagnosis.
Don’t waste your time with this group.

Calling this office is an exercise in futility. Do not ever expect to be able to talk with a live person. Minimum 6 rings for the answering machine to kick in and then get ready for several minutes of various selections, 8 or 9 I am not sure, and enter numbers between 0 and twenty something. I believe that you should be able to contact a real person at any time during normal office hours. This is just not the case.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was very impressed by how clean their office was. Everything was neat and orderly, and it was obvious that they cared about making sure everything was sterile for their patients. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I will absolutely be returning to see them again. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
